• Bevor Sie ein Proposal zu einem der ausgeschriebenen Themen ausarbeiten, nehmen Sie bitte vorab informell Kontakt mit Herrn Maximilian Walde auf, um die Verfügbarkeit des gewünschten Themas zu klären.

Ablauf des Proposal-Prozesses

Proposal Process Overview

Ablauf des Proposal-Prozesses:

• Formales Feedback zum Proposal durch Herrn Maximilian Walde
• Zuteilung eines Betreuers
• Inhaltliches Feedback zum Proposal durch den Betreuer
• Vorstellung des Proposals beim Prüfer
• Anschließende Anmeldung der Abschlussarbeit

Der gesamte Proposal-Prozess dauert in der Regel etwa vier Wochen – von der ersten Bewerbung bis zur Anmeldung der Arbeit. Abhängig von der Qualität und Ausarbeitung des Proposals kann sich der Zeitraum verkürzen oder verlängern.

Proposal Process Overview:

• Formal feedback on the proposal by Mr. Maximilian Walde
• Assignment of a supervisor
• Content-related feedback on the proposal by the supervisor
• Presentation of the proposal to the examiner
• Subsequent registration of the thesis

The entire proposal process typically takes around four weeks — from the initial application to the official registration of the thesis. Depending on the quality and completeness of the proposal, the duration may be shorter or longer.

Anmeldepozess

Registration process

Ablauf der Anmeldung der Abschlussarbeit:

• Studierende: Übermittlung des ausgefüllten Kontaktbogens (DE) zur Anmeldung der Abschlussarbeit an den Betreuer.
• Betreuer der Abschlussarbeit: Weiterleitung des akzeptierten Proposals gemeinsam mit dem Kontaktbogen an die Lehrstuhladministration.
• Lehrstuhl-Administration: Erstellung der offiziellen Anmeldung und Übermittlung an das Prüfungsamt am nächstmöglichen Werktag.
  Eine schriftliche Bestätigung über die Anmeldung erfolgt anschließend durch den Lehrstuhl an die Studierenden.

Thesis Registration Process:

• Students: Submission of the completed contact form (EN) for thesis registration to the supervisor.
• Thesis Supervisor: Forwarding of the approved proposal along with the contact form to the department office.
• Department Office: Preparation of the official registration and submission to the examination office on the next possible working day.
  A written confirmation of the registration will then be sent to the students by the department.
